LabLink DNA Mobile Testing - Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09/18/2025

At LabLink DNA, we are committed to providing reliable, confidential and professional mobile DNA testing services. Our services involve time-sensitive and lab-based procedures, we've outlined a fair refund policy below: 

Refund Eligibility 

- You cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time 

- A duplicate payment was made in error 

- LabLink DNA cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule 

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

- The appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the schedule time

- The client fails to appear at the scheduled location ("No-Show")

- The results are delayed due to inaccurate client information or lab backlogs 

Reschedule Policy 

- You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance 

- Second or late reschedules may require a $25 fee

Processing Refunds 

- Approved reschedules will be issues to the original payment method within 5-7 business days 

-You will receive a confirmations email once your refund has been processed

- Your full name 

- Reason for the refund request
